We integrate habit-forming breathing exercises and custom recipes into your daily life. Includes everything in #1.

​3. 🌱 Herbal Products Match ($250)

​We take the habit-forming work from the first two sessions and add the fuel. You get a 30-day supply of custom-matched herbal products based on your results. We spend this hour locking in your monthly habit-forming schedule so you know exactly what to take and when to take it to see real change.

​4. 🔬 Functional Medicine Labs ($500)

​We get the clinical data to back up your new habits. Based on our talk, we run HTMA, Gut, Hormone, and Stress labs. This tells us exactly which biological patterns we need to break. Includes everything in #1, #2, and #3.
